PROGRAMS

In Recent years CrossFit has gained tremendous popularity for its ability to get results. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle or tone up a little, we can help! Often times people go to their local fitness center and have an experience limited in the amount of guidance, direction, and oversight of the programming and completion of their daily workouts.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit Dedication specifically designs daily workouts that challenge the most accomplished athletes in the gym,  but the workouts are also carefully structured so that our training staff can personally modify the movements and workloads to benefit athletes of all abilities. Every class is already planned with one of our coaches ready to lead you. All you need to do is show up. So, no matter who you are or what kind of shape you are in, CrossFit Dedication has a plan and a place for you. “Even you can do this!”

FREE INTRO SESSION

BOOT CAMP

On Saturday mornings, CrossFit Dedication designs workouts that will make you sweat. We will leave the heavy barbells and technical movements off to the side, but be prepared to do lots of repetitions and go hard. Our boot camp is a fantastic way to build strength, stamina, and have some fun along the way.

FREE SATURDAY COMMUNITY WORKOUT

Every Saturday morning, we invite the public to join us for a free workout. Each athlete will get teamed up with one or more partners for this fun and intense workout. You may get to do something you have never done before like flip a tire, swing a kettlebell, or run with a sandbag. The movements and workouts are constantly varied, so you never know what we will do until you get here. If you are curious about our gym, we invite you to come join us on Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.

OPEN GYM

On Friday evenings and Sunday mornings, CrossFit Dedication opens the doors to its members to allow free time. Some members will catch up on a workout that they missed during the week while others will challenge themselves with some competition style workouts or just get some extra training in.

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids is a carefully designed class to cater to kids 7- 10 years old. The age appropriate activities will be constructed by CrossFit Kids Instructor Melissa Mitchell.  Kids do not have to be members as this class requires the purchase of a punch card. Your kids will enjoy coming to the gym!

SCHEDULE

CROSSFIT TEENS

Kids 12- 17 years old are still growing and have different needs than adults. Our CrossFit Teens class reflects what our adults are doing but adapts modifications that make this class more suitable for growing bodies. If your teen is a competitive athlete or just needs some structured fitness activities, CFD is a great fit.
