CrossFit Daily WOD
CrossFit Dedication specifically designs daily workouts that challenge the most accomplished athletes in the gym, but the workouts are also carefully structured so that our training staff can personally modify the movements and workloads to benefit athletes of all abilities. Every class is already planned with one of our coaches ready to lead you. All you need to do is show up. So, no matter who you are or what kind of shape you are in, CrossFit Dedication has a plan and a place for you. "Even you can do this!"
On Saturday mornings, CrossFit Dedication designs workouts that will make you sweat. We will leave the heavy barbells and technical movements off to the side, but be prepared to do lots of repetitions and go hard. Our boot camp is a fantastic way to build strength, stamina, and have some fun along the way.
On Friday evenings and Sunday mornings, CrossFit Dedication opens the doors to its members to allow free time. Some members will catch up on a workout that they missed during the week while others will challenge themselves with some competition style workouts or just get some extra training in.
